libfilezilla-dev software package provides build high-performing platform-independent programs (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfilezilla-dev
libfilezilla-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfilezilla-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfilezilla-dev *
You will get with libfilezilla-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
